Optional tours and activities
Welcome all delegates to our forthcoming NSC in Melbourne. October is a fantastic time to visit Melbourne – “Australia’s Garden City”.
Melbourne has numerous places to visit locally which are readily accessible by public transport, (public transport is free within the City of Melbourne inner zone) and further afield our regional areas are a mere step and jump away by regional trains and ferries. Our state government has recently capped fares for regional areas on public transport which makes it an even more affordable option to venture outside the city.
Organised Tours
We have organised several non-scientific program events which you and your partner can book as part of the online registration system for your main Congress registration – see details below.
Please note: organised activities will be subject to final minimum numbers in order for the tours to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, registrants will receive a full refund on the ticket price.

The Fox Classic Car Collection is housed in the historic Queen’s warehouse and contains a huge array of the World’s most rare and prestigious vehicles. Some vehicles have previously been owned by Ringo Starr, Bing Crosby and Bob Jane to name a few. This is a unique tour sure to delight all car enthusiasts and historians.
